What this site is

WashCover is a service of Patriot Independent Insurance Partners, an independent insurance agency licensed in TX, FL, GA, SC, AL, NC, MS, CA, and CO (license numbers pending). The site helps pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and mobile detailing operators understand their insurance options and request a quote from a licensed agent.

General information — not advice

Everything on this site — coverage explanations, cost figures, checklists, FAQs — is general information, not insurance, legal, or tax advice. Your situation is your own; talk to your agent (or attorney, or CPA) about your specific circumstances before making decisions.

Estimates aren't quotes

Every dollar figure on this site is a published industry estimate from a named source, not a WashCover price and not an offer of coverage. Real premiums depend on your services, revenue, crew, claims history, and the market that writes your policy. Only a bound policy with a signed application is a price.

No coverage promises

Nothing on this site promises that any claim will be paid or that any particular coverage will be available to you. Policy language always controls. Your agent reviews your actual policy forms with you before you bind — that's the job, and it's where promises get made or not made.

The quote work order

• Submitting the form asks a licensed agent to contact you about a quote — by submitting, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your quote.
• We aim to reply usually within one business day. That's a target, not a service-level agreement — if the queue ever slips, we’ll say so honestly in our reply.
• Submitting a form creates no policy, no coverage, and no obligation on either side.

Carrier descriptions

Where this site describes insurance carriers or marketplaces, those are neutral descriptions for comparison — not endorsements, and not representations that we are appointed with or represent those carriers.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the form (spam, false submissions, automated flooding — it's rate-limited anyway), don't scrape the site aggressively, and don't misrepresent the content as your own. The content on this site — words, design, and identity — belongs to WashCover / HB3 Co., © 2026. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

Liability

We work hard to keep the information here accurate — every number is sourced and dated — but we can't guarantee it's complete or current, and we're not liable for decisions you make based on it. That's what the licensed agent conversation is for.
