Privacy policy.

Short version: we collect what you put in the quote form, we use it to quote you, and we don't sell it. The long version is below — still in plain English. Effective October 5, 2026.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the quote work order: your name, business name, trade, state, email, phone number (if you add one), services, employees, revenue range, commercial-auto needs, equipment value, COI deadline, and anything you write in the details box. That's it — no accounts, no logins, no tracking profiles.

Why we collect it

One reason: to prepare your insurance quote. A licensed agent reads your submission and replies with real options. We don't build marketing lists from it, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the agency working your quote.

Where it goes

Your submission is emailed to [email protected] — the agency inbox — and kept there as a business record. Submission emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. The site itself stores nothing in a database. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes traffic the way any web host does, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sees a standard font request. There are no analytics cookies and no ad trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Quote emails are kept as business records for as long as the agency needs them to serve you and meet its record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

What we will never do

  • Sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
  • Add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
  • Robocall or spam you. You send a work order, a human replies — that's the whole funnel.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version goes here with a new effective date. Material changes get noted plainly — no burying.
